Understanding the Employment Tribunal Process
The tribunal process can be daunting for both employers and employees. We simplify the process for you by explaining each step, including the handling and filing of claims, meeting all deadlines, and preparing for hearings. We help you ensure you are fully prepared.
Evidence and Documentation
A successful tribunal case relies on solid evidence. We assist both employers and employees in gathering the relevant documentation and other supporting evidence and in drafting witness statements. A properly prepared case can make the difference between a successful and unsuccessful outcome.
Settlement Options Before the Hearing
Many employment tribunal cases can be resolved by early intervention. Our solicitors explore settlement options for both employers and employees, advising on the best course of action. We help negotiate fair terms and ensure that any settlements are legally enforceable.
Representing You in the Tribunal Hearing
We provide expert legal representation at the tribunal hearing, ensuring that your case is presented clearly and persuasively. Our solicitors fight for your interests, whether you are defending a claim or seeking justice for unfair treatment.
Post-Tribunal Actions
After the tribunal, we help with post-hearing steps, including enforcing tribunal decisions or appealing outcomes. We ensure that all actions are taken in compliance with the tribunal’s ruling and guide you through any necessary follow-up steps.
